Maccy D's have always offered free coffee top-ups. It just takes a manager that takes pride in his work to make that extra mile...

I actually got offered tea or coffee while I waited for my pizza last night in the chip shop at st. annes, thought it was a very nice touch. I wanted a beer, but they said no :-(
